Mitchell & Co. is dedicated to keeping our staff and clients safe while we re-open our doors… This means we have to make a few changes!

When Booking your Appointment:

  • We do ask that you save your credit card on file for touch-less transactions

  • New clients must save a credit card on file to book. Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged our 24 Hour fee so please give us more than 24 hours notice of cancellation or reschedule.

Upon Arrival to your Appointment:

  • As of August 9th, Face masks are optional for everyone while in the salon.

    • If you arrive in your mask and prefer to stayed masked, your service provider will put their mask on no questions asked.

    • If you are very nervous about Covid-19 and others being maskless, please call the salon to book a morning time with lower client volume and also notify the desk of your concerns so we can make sure your service provider is masked.

      • If you are feeling at all under the weather we ask that you wear a mask. If you are coughing in the salon we will ask you to wear a mask, as we are in such close proximity to our guests’ faces.

  • We have a new Text message ability - you can text us if you are running late, etc

  • If you’ve experienced any symptoms (fever, cough, sore throat, etc) please let us know and we will gladly reschedule when you are symptom-free - Any cancellation fee for being sick is WAIVED

A few temporary changes while you are in the salon…

  • Each stylist will wash their hands in between clients and we ask that you wash your hands upon arrival

  • Each stylist will have hand sanitizer at their station as well as all of their tools disinfected in Barbicide (an anti-viral solution)

  • We are all Baribcide certified for salon sanitation

  • Every chair will be cleaned in between clients

  • We temporarily will not be serving beverages, however, water is available upon request

  • We are WAIVING our 24 hour cancellation fee for anyone who is sick or feeling symptoms

    • We are implementing a 24 Hour/No Show Fee for appointments missed with little to no notice given - 50% of the missed service. We hope you understand that we lose the ability to fill your appointment when we are given limited notice.
