Mitchell & Co’s Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy that requires 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling of any existing appointment. If less than 24 hours is given, there will be a $25 cancellation fee.
NO SHOW NO CALL Fee: Due to the limited capacity and high demand for services at this time - Mitchell & Co will charge 50% of the missed appointment in the case of a NO Show, NO Call. We know that things come up in life but we have an extensive waiting list and we cannot fill a missed appointment if we are not given any notice. We appreciate your understanding.
