Cancellation/ No Show policy
We ask for 24 hours notice of reschedule for services booked during the week and 48 hours notice for services book on the weekends. We require a credit card on file to book any service.
Your appointment is very important to us. As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder call 3 business days in advance and an email or text confirmation 72 hours in advance . We ask that if you need to change or cancel the appointment that you do so no later than 24 hours from your appointment time.
A credit card on file is required in order to book appointments with us. If you cancel less than 24 hours from your appointment time you will be charged for 50% of the service you were booked for. If you don't show for your appointment and didn't call or email to cancel you will be charged for the full price of the services you were booked for.
We allow a 15 minute grace period from your appointment time. In order to ensure that we give you the best service and the time you deserve you may be asked to reschedule your appointment if you are excessively late and you may subject to applicable fees.
Our goal is for you to love your hair when you leave our salon! If you are having any issues within 1 week of your appointment please reach out so we can make any tweaks to make sure you are a happy. We do not offer refunds.
